But you’d be wrong: This annual survey of the best new places to eat cheaply unearths one-of-a-kind destinations for hyperseasonal Anglo-Indian curry, home-style Vietnamese, new-school empanadas and old-school spinach pies, Japanese curry, and even French-bread pizza.
