Coravin Restaurant Partners Include Hot Spots such as The NoMad, Del Posto, Eleven Madison Park and Morimoto Napa, among others

Coravin LLC, creators of the new Coravin Wine System which enables you to pour wine from a bottle without pulling the cork, announced today that more than 50 of the country's most influential restaurants are now using the transformational Coravin 1000 System, allowing them to expand their by-the-glass offerings and provide guests with unique vertical and horizontal wine tastings and pairings.

Restaurant partners such as New York City's The NoMad and San Francisco's RN74 are not only using Coravin to allow guests expanded access to their full cellars, but also to inspect bottles for possible flaws and defects prior to serving them. Current restaurant partners provide Coravin with sales reports from their by-the-glass lists, tableside experience feedback, and purchase request information from restaurant patrons. Coravin is now using this information to create new products and accessories for restaurant use, and further promote partnerships with restaurants across the country.

"As a winemaker and restaurateur, I'm extremely selective about my wine lists and wine by-the-glass programs," said Joe Bastianich, American restaurateur, winemaker, and Coravin investor, well known for his role as a judge on FOX's "Master Chef." "Coravin has allowed me to elevate the dining experience at my restaurants, offering tastes and glasses of countless wines that you'd otherwise never expect to see sold by the glass, without any compromise in wine quality or waste."

Coravin restaurant partners include a sampling of acclaimed establishments in food and wine hubs such New York, Napa Valley and San Francisco, such as:

"When we began marketing and selling the Coravin, we specifically reached out to top restaurants and influential restaurant owners across the country as we knew this technology could benefit their wine offerings and menus," said Howard Leyda, Vice President of Marketing at Coravin. "The response from the restaurant community has been more than we could have hoped for as Coravin can now be found tableside at some of the top dining destinations across the country, and we look forward to working with many more restaurant partners in the near future."

About Coravin

Coravin, LLC is a privately held company located in Burlington, Massachusetts focused on transforming the way wine is served, sold and enjoyed. Coravin designs and markets the Coravin System for wine enthusiasts, restaurants, wine stores and wineries. Unparalleled in craftsmanship and design, Coravin uses proprietary patented technology to access and pour wine from a bottle without pulling the cork. Wine enthusiasts can now enjoy wine sealed with corks without feeling the need to commit to the whole bottle, allowing them to explore wines of any vintage, varietal or region, one taste at a time. With Coravin, wine, after being accessed, remains in the bottle, continuing to evolve naturally. It can then be enjoyed later since it was never exposed to oxygen. For more information, please visit
