15 DAY RETURN POLICY – UNUSED PRODUCTS ONLY Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of product by the customer. (This can be verified in shipment tracking.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Since every glass we deliver arrives in factory wrapped and unused condition, used glasses or glasses that have been unwrapped from its tissue packaging can unfortunately not be returned. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT Our warehouse packs orders very carefully to avoid breakage in transit. If you receive your glassware and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at info@skurnikhospitality.com within 72 hours of your package being delivered, including a description of the damages as well as photographs. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will be happy to replace the broken item right away. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund; if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
