What is the Coravin Marketplace?

The Coravin Marketplace provides a unique shopping experience offering not only Coravin
products but also a delightful array of wine accessories – it is a one-stop shop for any wine
lover!
Note that certain Coravin policies including the 30-day risk free trial and the Coravin specific
warranty do not apply to the Marketplace.

What types of products will I find on the Coravin Marketplace?

The Coravin Marketplace will offer not only Coravin products but also an array of accompanying wine products.

Why does Coravin offer these additional products?

Coravin opened the Wine Marketplace to make it easier for our current customers and all wine lovers to easily shop for products that will enhance their wine experience.

Why should I purchase from the Coravin Marketplace?

The Coravin Marketplace provides the shopper with a secure environment to purchase a carefully curated blend of wine specialty products. It is a one-stop shop for any wine lover!

How do I find specific product information regarding Marketplace offerings?

Please refer to the seller’s brand or product pages for the detail regarding their product

How does Coravin vet the sellers on the Marketplace?

The marketplace is a curated shopping experience of other likeminded wine related-businesses, many of whom are pre-existing partners of Coravin. Each seller is committed to high quality products and customer service.

Orders & Shipping

Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?

No, each order can contain only a single shipping address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses each address will require a separate order.

Will I be charged for shipping?

While most sellers have free shipping options it will depend upon their policy. It is possible that your order may generate a shipping charge. Shipping options and cost will be presented at check out. 

Will I receive an order confirmation for my Marketplace order?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation within minutes of placing your order. It will be sent to the email address provided at point of purchase.

Will I receive multiple order confirmations for my order?

No, you will receive just one order confirmation that will include all the merchandise purchased through the Marketplace for that order. However, please note that if there is additional communication required regarding your purchase, then you may receive another email directly from the seller confirming details.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation for my Marketplace order?

Yes, however you may receive multiple shipping confirmations. Each seller on the Marketplace is responsible for shipping their product. Therefore, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation from each seller from whom you have purchased.

When will my Marketplace order ship?

Most orders are shipped from the seller within 2-4 days; however, every seller has their own policy that may have exceptions based on location. See the seller’s policy on the product page for full details.  Additionally, please allow for additional time due to delays in shipping from the Covid-19 pandemic.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, sales tax will be calculated and charged based upon the delivery address. 

Can I ship Marketplace products internationally?

Not at this time.

How can I check on my order?

You will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to check on status of the Coravin portion of your order. You will also receive an email with tracking information for the Coravin portion of your order. To check on the status of additional product purchased please refer to the shipping confirmation received from that seller.

What methods of payment is accepted for Marketplace orders?

We accept payment via MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks or cash. Please note that we only accept one form of payment per order.

Can I split my payments between credit cards?

No, the Marketplace can only accept one form of payment per order. 

Can I use gift cards to make my purchase?

No, at this time the Marketplace cannot accept gift cards for payment.

Returns & Warranty

Are the products on the Marketplace covered under the Coravin 30-day risk free trial?

No, each seller has their own policy regarding returns. Please check the seller’s policy detail on the product page.

How do I return a Marketplace product?

Please find the seller’s return policy on their product page to ensure that the product is returnable and/or if any fees may apply. To initiate the return please contact the seller directly through the order status.

Will you provide a return shipping label?

The seller will be responsible to provide the Return Merchandise Authorization. The provision of a Return Shipping Label will be dependent upon the seller’s policy. Please check their return policy detail on the product page.

Who provides the refund for a returned item?

The seller is responsible to provide the refund for a returned product. You will receive updates by email regarding refund confirmation and the amount refunded. You can contact the seller for additional details or questions.

Are products on the Marketplace covered under a warranty?

Each seller has their own policy regarding warranty. Please check the seller’s policy detail on the product page.

Are products on the Marketplace covered under the Coravin warranty?

No, only Coravin products are covered under the Coravin warranty.

How do I initiate a warranty claim?

Please find the seller’s warranty policy on their product page to ensure that the product is covered under warranty. To initiate the claim please contact the seller directly through the order status.

I am not getting response from the seller about my order – what do I do?

If you do not receive a response from the seller after two business days please escalate to the Coravin Customer Service Team at csr@coravin.com or by calling 855 692 6728. They will reach out to the seller for you.

I want to become a Marketplace Seller! Who do I reach out to?
