Holiday Return Policy

Returns for all holiday purchases will be honored until January 31, 2021. To return your Coravin System purchased from Coravin.com, please contact Customer Service at CSR@coravin.com or 1-855-692-6728 to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you a return shipping label and reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Coravin System no later than January 31, 2021. Please note: Coravin Capsules are non-returnable and will not be refunded. If you purchased your Coravin System at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy information.

What is your return policy?

If you purchased a Coravin System directly from www.coravin.com and are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. In order to return your Coravin System, please contact Customer Service at info@coravin.com or 1 (855) 692-6728 to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will reimburse you (excluding original shipping charges) for the purchase price of the returned Coravin System no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products accompanied by the applicable RMA. 

Please note: Coravin Capsules are non-returnable and will not be refunded.

If you purchased your Coravin System at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy information.

Can I return my Coravin System if I purchased it from a retailer?

No, the 30 day money back guarantee is only offered to those who purchase directly from www.coravin.com. Contact your retailer for information on their return policy.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If you notice the damage before accepting the package, please refuse delivery and contact Coravin Customer Service at 1 (855) 692-6728.

Limited Warranty Information

What is your warranty policy?

Coravin warrants that your Coravin device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Coravin or an authorized Coravin reseller or partner. We will, at our option, repair or replace any device that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following care instructions. Coravin may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date. Please refer to the Legal section of this site for exclusions and other limitations. Coravin's warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any wine with respect to which the Coravin product was used.

How do I make a claim?

If you experience any problems with your Coravin System, please contact Customer Service at csr@coravin.com or 1 (855) 692-6728. Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the device.

Additional Information

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.  Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Coravin devices, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.  Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Under no circumstances shall Coravin be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract or strict liability.  Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Alpine Wine Design Returns & Warranty Policy

We accept returns initiated within 30 days after delivery. Returns must be in the original condition and packaging. If items have been used or modified they may not be returned. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

Cheese Grotto Returns & Warranty Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If for any reason you're not pleased with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Returns Accepted Within 30 Days of Receipt. Items must be in brand new, sellable condition with all packaging intact. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Policy

At Newair.com we want you to love what you buy! But if you don't or if the item is unsuitable, we offer a simple "No Hassle Returns" policy. The product you return must be in new, unassembled and unused condition and in the original packaging. Customer satisfaction is our goal, so we kindly ask that you return your purchase the same way you received it to ensure a hassle free refund.

Guaranteed Refunds

At Newair.com we are happy to offer a refund if the product is unsuitable within 30 days of receipt.

Restocking Fees

We only charge a restocking fee of 15% for items over 80 lbs. For any items under 80 lbs we don't charge any restocking fess.

THINGS TO BE AWARE OF...

We recommend that you keep the packaging your product was shipped in so you can easily repack your item in the required packaging in the event of a return. We would kindly ask that you include your packing note and complete the returns form so we can process your return efficiently.

Following an inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges.

We promise to process all returns as soon as possible. You should be aware that it can take several days for a bank to show this credit. If you have not received your refund into your account after 10 working days, please contact our customer service or call 855-963-9247.

Please keep the following in mind when preparing your purchase for return:

* Include only the items for which the prepaid return slip was provided.

* Include all manufacturer's original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

* Complete and include the return slip.

* Place the provided prepaid shipping label on the package.

* Give the package to your local carrier or drop it off at any carrier location.

If your purchase does not include a return slip it may cause delays during the refund procedure. Note: The original shipping charges (if) incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return. Newair.com reserves the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:

* The item that has been returned does not match the original item shipped to the customer.

* The returned item is missing parts or the original products packaging.

* The returned item was damaged during the return shipment due to improper or insufficient packaging.

* The item being returned has been obviously heavily used (such as lime scale buildup in a water cooler).

* The item being returned has been assembled in a way that would impede proper packaging for return shipping.

15 DAY RETURN POLICY – UNUSED PRODUCTS ONLY.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of product by the customer. (This can be verified in shipment tracking.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Since every glass we deliver arrives in factory wrapped and unused condition, used glasses or glasses that have been unwrapped from its tissue packaging can unfortunately not be returned. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

Our warehouse packs orders very carefully to avoid breakage in transit. If you receive your glassware and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at info@skurnikhospitality.com within 72 hours of your package being delivered, including a description of the damages as well as photographs. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will be happy to replace the broken item right away.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@skurnikhospitality.com.

Vinmaps Returns & Warranty Policy

Please allow up to 3 business days for shipment of all map prints.
Please allow up to 4 to 6 business days for Framed and Stretched Canvas pieces to ship.

Items may be returned within 15 business days of receipt of delivery. If your order arrives in damaged condition you must notify us within 48 business hours in order to receive an exchange or refund. A restocking fee may be required for items returned for any other reason than for damage.
