1. Sponsor
The "Win Your Order Back" Monthly Prize Draw (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Coravin Inc., 34 Crosby Drive, Suite 101 Bedford, MA 01730 ("Sponsor," "Coravin," "we," "us").
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and promotional partners, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period and Monthly Entry Periods
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 3 2026 and continues in consecutive monthly Entry Periods until Coravin ends it. Each "Entry Period" begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on the first calendar day of a month and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last calendar day of that same month. A separate prize drawing is held for each Entry Period (a "Monthly Draw"). Coravin’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to receive an entry. Limit: a maximum of two (2) entries per person per Entry Period, regardless of method, subject to the bonus-entry provision below.
(a) Online sign-up (free). During an Entry Period, submit the Coravin email and/or SMS sign-up form available on coravin.com with a valid email address (and, for SMS, a valid US mobile number). This grants one (1) entry into that Entry Period's Monthly Draw.
Bonus entry. Entrants who opt in to both email and SMS during the same Entry Period receive one (1) additional entry for that Entry Period (maximum two (2) entries per person per Entry Period). Opting in to SMS is not required to enter and is not a condition of entry or of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants must maintain a valid, monitored email address and phone number to be eligible to win.
5. Prize
One (1) prize is awarded per Monthly Draw. The prize is reimbursement of the amount the winner paid (excluding taxes, shipping, and any prior discounts) for a single qualifying coravin.com order placed during that Entry Period, awarded as a refund to the original payment method, up to a maximum Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $400.
If the verified winner did not place a qualifying order during the Entry Period, the winner instead receives a Coravin gift card with a value of $200. Limit one (1) prize per person per Entry Period. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution is offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All taxes and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
For each Monthly Draw, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period, conducted within 5 business days after the Entry Period ends by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.
The potential winner will be notified using the contact details provided, within approximately 3 days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within 3 business days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated time, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random, time permitting.
8. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or any Entry Period, if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as permitted by law. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.coravin.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of their information as described therein and as reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or delayed entries or communications; for technical, hardware, software, network, or telephone malfunctions; or for any error in the administration of the Promotion.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, United States.
13. Not Sponsored by Third-Party Platforms
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media or messaging platform on which it may be promoted.
